We’ve been there too 

Meet our founder, Reyes. She has lived the relocation rollercoaster many times. From packing up her life and moving across continents with her family, to navigating unfamiliar bureaucracies in foreign languages, she knows how overwhelming it feels when everything is uncertain and nothing seems straightforward. Each move brought with it countless forms, endless lines at government offices, and late-night searches for schools, doctors, or simply a place to call home.

Those challenges left a mark — but they also sparked a mission. Reyes promised herself that no one else should have to go through the same exhausting maze alone. When life brought her to Portugal, she not only fell in love with the country, but also married into a Portuguese family, slowly building an invaluable local network of trusted contacts. Now, after years of personal experience and professional dedication, Reyes has combined her know-how, empathy, and connections to create Reroots.
